The LoveIOM Gift Card Scheme is run by IOM Gift Card Limited, trading as LoveIOM Gift Card. When you (the customer) place an order and LoveIOM Gift Card accepts it, a legally binding contract is made, and the Terms and Conditions are set out below. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
General Terms
IOM Gift Card Limited supplies LoveIOM Gift Cards to customers, which are issued by IOM Gift Card Limited, registered number 019226V and having its registered office at 2ND FLOOR, ST MARY'S COURT, 20 HILL STREET, DOUGLAS, IM1 1EU, Isle of Man. If you have any complaints about our service or any LoveIOM Gift Cards you purchase from us or wish to contact us please email [email protected] our operating hours are 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
LoveIOM Gift cards must not be reproduced in any form and/or the LoveIOM Gift Card Scheme branding or anything deceptively similar to it, or authorise, assist or enable others to do so without our prior written consent of IOM Gift Card Limited.
IOM Gift Card Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the LoveIOM Gift Card Scheme card at any time and to take appropriate action, including cancellation of a LoveIOM Gift Card Scheme card if, in its discretion, if deemed necessary.
Gift Cards
LoveIOM Gift Cards are redeemable for a variety of goods or services which may vary from time to time. A list of current participating businesses within the Isle of Man can be found at https://loveiom.com/where-to-spend.
LoveIOM Gift Cards cannot be redeemed online at this time, and purchases of other gift cards, vouchers, mobile top up are excluded.
If a physical card is selected, delivery fees for a LoveIOM Gift Card will be paid by the purchaser. A digital gift card can be selected at checkout, without any associated delivery fee.

LoveIOM Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated gift cards. If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than is on the LoveIOM Gift Card, the difference can be made up with cash. If a purchase is for a lower amount, no change can be given. Any remaining balance will be retained on the LoveIOM Gift Card.
Using a LoveIOM Gift Card in conjunction with special promotions, discount tokens, coupons, or any other incentive scheme is at the discretion of the individual merchant.
LoveIOM Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
The standard LoveIOM Gift Cards have a maximum value of £250. Collective cards can’t be used for a purchase of more than £1,000.
The corporate LoveIOM Gift Cards have a maximum value of £1,000.
The LoveIOM Gift Card trading name is used under licence from the Department of Enterprise a department of the Isle of Man Government the owner of all intellectual property, trademarks and copyrights in ‘LoveIOM’ name.
Expiry of LoveIOM Gift cards
LoveIOM Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The LoveIOM Gift Cards cannot be used after this date. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.

LoveIOM Gift Card balances can be checked by asking any cashier in a participating business or store, via Google or Apple wallet, or by checking online at https://loveiom.com/check-balance.
Your Rights To End The Contract
You have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel your order and return LoveIOM Gift Cards for no reason at all, provided that you inform us in writing that you wish to cancel within 48 hours, starting on the day the LoveIOM Gift Cards are delivered to you by post or email.
You will receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of us receiving the LoveIOM Gift Card back from you. If you have not returned the LoveIOM Gift Cards within 48 hours of cancellation or when requested by us to do so, whichever occurs first, you will not be entitled to a refund. The refund will be disbursed to the original acquirer of the LoveIOM Gift Card.
Returns
Subject to the cooling off period you may not return or cancel your LoveIOM Gift Cards after they are received. If you wish to cancel your LoveIOM Gift Cards order prior to its delivery, please contact [email protected].
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Please keep your LoveIOM Gift Card secure and treat it as if it were cash. IOM Gift Card Limited will not accept liability if the LoveIOM Gift Cards are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. IOM Gift Card Limited reserves the right to cancel a LoveIOM Gift card, if it reasonably suspects fraud or misconduct. Damaged, altered or cancelled gift cards will not be accepted.
Limitations
LoveIOM Gift Cards can be spent with participating retailers (excluding prohibited business and products).
LoveIOM Gift Cards bought online cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused LoveIOM Gift Cards cannot be transferred, and orders cannot exceed £250 per day.

Payment Methods
LoveIOM Gift Cards may be paid for with a valid Debit or Credit Card.
We do not accept cash or cheque.
Delivery Information
We are not responsible for LoveIOM Gift Cards that are not received due to your failure to enter an accurate physical address or email address for the recipient. If you have concerns about your order, please contact [email protected].
Personalised Messaging
If you wish to add a personal message to your LoveIOM Gift Card, simply type your message in the message field during the purchase process. Personal messages are limited in length to the space provided on the presentation carrier of the LoveIOM Gift Card and there is no additional charge to include a personalised message.
We reserve the right to cancel inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Isle of Man law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of your LoveIOM Gift Cards in the Isle of Man courts.
