Pure Inspiration - the perfect place to get some festive gift inspiration

The real question here is what does Pure Inspiration not have in their Parliament Street store? From photo-frames to pyjamas, Pure Inspiration has all the home décor and gifts you could possibly desire. The independent business stocks décor all year round as well as fair-trade seasonal gifts for Christmas.

The inspiration behind the small business is listening to their customers. Sourcing new and unique products to make their shopping experience as lovely as possible. Selling a large variety of products, including home accessories, home fragrance, jewellery, handbags, scarves and body products to name a few. Always changing and always something new to keep their customers inspired.

Mooragh Park – food, drink and plenty of fresh air for all the family

Mooragh Park, just off Ramsey beach has been the centre of outdoor activities and family days out for years and is the perfect space for a leisurely walk around the picturesque boating lake and an al fresco coffee.

Alongside the outdoor areas, there is also a range of hospitality businesses including the well-known Costa Coffee and local pizza restaurant, Conrods Pizzeria. The pizzeria is locally owned by TT racer and Ramsey local Conor Cummins. Conor originally started business as a barista and branched out by opening the pizzeria in Mooragh Park’s Boathouse and is open Monday – Sunday 4 till 9.

As well as having a range of activities and areas to relax, Mooragh Park Promenade is a registered Dark Skies Site, one of twenty-six British Isles Dark sky discovery sites. If you’re looking to stretch your legs a little further, it’s only a short walk back to Ramsey town centre.

The Tide – a treasure trove of hidden gems to help you find that perfect Christmas party outfit!

Situated on Parliament Street in the heart of Ramsey’s high street, you will find The Tide. Combining women’s and men’s fashion, the store also sells a range of beautiful and Manx seasonal gifts – so you can start checking off that Christmas present list and spruce up your festive wardrobe all in one go!

Apart from having a centrally located store, The Tide have an online shop that allows customers to order online with free Island wide delivery on Tuesday evenings and Sundays. Their Ramsey high-street store is open Monday to Saturday 9 - 16:30. Nearby disc zone parking can be found on Parliament Street, Peel Street, Market Place, Water Street and West Quay.

Good Stuff Restaurant – a final pit stop before your journey home

The purpose is in the name when it comes to Good Stuff restaurant on Peel Street, just off Parliament Street. With all the produce being sustainably sourced through local suppliers, Good Stuff strive to give their customers the dishes they desire through a broad range of menu options – all in a cosy and comfy setting.

Good Stuff is open seven days a week Monday-Thursday 11:30 - 22:30, Friday & Saturday 11:30 -23:45 and Sundays 12:00 - 14:00. They offer brunch, lunch and dinner that are also available for takeaway orders and don’t forget their Lunchtime Special Menu offer available Monday to Friday until 16:00. There’s plenty of places to park that are within walking distance of the restaurant too. Nearby parking can be found on close Parliament Street, Peel Street, Market Place, Water Street and West Quay.
